"Russell Thom is a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend him. We were listed for approximately six months with another realtor but to our dismay our apartment was not selling. So the search began for another realtor. We re-listed with Russell and our place sold in roughly a week. Upon the sale of our old apartment and purchase of our new house Russell was very accommodating to our busy schedules and very informative. He really knows his stuff!

In our past experiences with realtors, we have noticed them to be quite pushy or aggressive when things were not going very well. We did not find this to be the case with Russell.

In addition, Russell saw that possession of our new house ran smoothly and efficiently. Something that we find to be a rarity with most realtors, normally; after the papers are signed they are nowhere to be found! There was a small leak in the furnace of our new house, we were unable to to have someone come in to fix it prior to our possession date, Russell came to the house while we were moving from our old apartment, let the repair man in to fix it and even paid for it! I was more impressed with the speed you responded to my initial call for information and estimate, especially the late night email responses!! I was very comfortable with your relaxed, low-pressure and open style of communication and approachability.
